ALIS 200 is designed to offer applied training in life skills with a focus on self-management. The course provides an opportunity for experiential practice and personal reflective work on making value-based choices, motivating self towards goals, effective problem solving, managing relationships, adapting to changes, building emotional awareness and self-confidence through a mindful approach. The course was recently approved by the Academic Council, and it will be offered in the 2018-2019 Academic Year.
